Kelin, Esq., Partner, PEM Law LLP, and Becca Zebowitz, Executive Director, Jewish Voters Unite, to learn more about the upcoming November 2025 New York City election and how you can make your voice heard in shaping the city's future. 

This nonpartisan educational program will explore the mayor's role in governing America's largest city, the role 501c3 organizations like AAJLJ can play in the election, and how you can get involved in building a voter mobilization infrastructure for this election and the future.

Avi D. Kelin, Esq. serves as partner at PEM Law LLP and specializes in political law, where he focuses his practice on the interaction between government and business by advising businesses, trade associations, and individuals on lobbying requirements, campaign-finance law, pay-to-play restrictions, government-ethics rules, and the government-procurement process. Mr. Kelin is a recognized leader in non-profit law. He advises 501(c)(3) charities, 501(c)(4) trade associations, 501(c)(6) trade associations, and 527 political organizations on initial formation, corporate documents, board governance, operational compliance, and IRS reporting requirements.

Becca Zebovitz is the Executive Director of Jewish Voters Unite and the Jewish Voters Action Network, where she leads national initiatives to mobilize the Jewish community to combat antisemitism by making their voices heard at the polls and engaging in the democratic process. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Becca has held transformative roles at major institutions including Yachad: The National Jewish Council for Disabilities, the Orthodox Union, and the Center for Initiatives in Jewish Education (CIJE). Becca holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, specializing in nonprofit management and social policy.
