This is the story of the tortured path through several presidential administrations taken by the U.S. Department of Education in dealing with "Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions," the ugly and hostile anti-Semitic movement that has established itself in the academic world, and threatens Jewish students who seek nothing more than an education.
